Guiding Questions
Our guiding questions are inspired by Capital Institute's Regenerative Capitalism framework, and the International Integrated Reporting Council.

What Does the Right Relationship Actually Look Like?
We're endlessly curious about what it means to be "in the right relationship with each other and the broader host systems of which we are part." What if, instead of asking "how do we win," we asked "how do we contribute to the thriving of the whole?" This question infuses everything we do with our value of Integrity - not as a rigid rule but as a joyful exploration of how to strengthen the web of relationships we're part of.

What If Wealth Could Be Truly Abundant?
What if "true wealth" isn't about accumulation but about circulation and regeneration? We're fascinated by the possibility that "five of the eight forms of capital – intellectual, experiential, social, cultural, and spiritual – have no limits, are immensely abundant, and developing and using them tends to increase abundance for all." This wonder connects to our value of Synergy - what magic happens when we stop hoarding and start weaving wealth together?

How Do We Dance with Constant Change?
In a world where "change is both ever-present and accelerating," what if adaptability isn't about survival but about creative play? Darwin's insight that "the most 'fit' is the one that fits best" feels less like competition and more like a dance. This connects to our value of Evolvability - how do we surf the waves of change with curiosity rather than fear?

What Becomes Possible When Everyone's Voice Matters?
We're captivated by the question: what if every person could "add their own unique contribution towards the health and well-being of the nested, larger wholes in which they are embedded?" Our focus on narrative infrastructure development emerges from this curiosity - what stories want to be told when everyone has the tools to tell them?

What Wisdom Lives in Each Place?
Every "human community consists of a mosaic of peoples, traditions, beliefs, and institutions uniquely shaped by long-term pressures of geography, human history, culture, local environment, and changing human needs." We approach each place with our value of Wonder - what unique intelligence has emerged here? What can we learn rather than impose?

What Magic Happens at the Edges?
We're drawn to the delicious mystery that "creativity and abundance flourish synergistically at the 'edges' of systems, where the bonds holding the dominant pattern in place are weakest." Our cross-sector collaboration approach emerges from pure fascination - what unexpected collaborations want to emerge? This embodies both our Synergy and Emergence values as playful experiments in possibility.

How Does Aliveness Flow Through Systems?
Just as "human health depends on the robust circulation of oxygen, nutrients," we wonder: how does vitality move through economic networks? Our polycapital approach and narrative infrastructure investments come from curiosity about what wants to flow and how we can support that circulation, not as mechanics but as gardeners of aliveness.

How Do We Play in the Dance of Balance?
Rather than seeking rigid stability, we're curious about dynamic balance - "like a unicycle rider, regenerative systems are always engaged in this delicate dance in search of balance." Our value of Play makes this feel less like work and more like improvisational art - how do we "harmonize multiple variables instead of optimizing single ones" with lightness and joy?
